In April 2014, I took part in the 48th IATEFL International Annual Conference & Exhibition in Harrogate. Many thanks to the British Council for giving me this great oportunity. I would like to share a few photos from the event. Some photos are mine, and some were taken by Mr. Rachid Tagoulla, an English teacher and artist from Morocco. For more photos of the conference, click here.
There were around 500 talks and workshops given at Harrogate.
Many sessions were recorded and they are available online: http://iatefl.britishcouncil.org/2014/sessions/

The Associates Day Event. LAKMA is an associate member of IATEFL. The day provided a chance for representatives of teacher associations to meet and discuss important issues of interest, and to share experiences.
LAKMA card distributed to the Associates – an invitation to cooperate with us in projects, conferences and workshops.
The Interview Area. All the interviews that were recorded at the Harrogate IATEFL Conference were broadcast live from the Harrogate Online studio. All the video interviews are available here: http://iatefl.britishcouncil.org/2014/interviews/all
Staff, Volunteers and Associates dinner, where I had an opportunity to informally meet representatives of other Teacher Associations, members of the various IATEFL Committees, people working at the Head Office, the IATEFL Special Interest Group Coordinators, and other friends and supporters of IATEFL.
A plenary session. There were lots of parallel sessions and talks, and it was difficult to decide which ones to choose.

It was great to be at Harrogate. I am grateful to the British Council for such a great opportunity to attend the biggest and most important ELT event of the year.
