Genevieve White has been teaching English for almost twenty years. She has worked in Hungary, Romania and China and currently teaches in the Shetland Islands. Genevieve has written a range of print and digital English teaching materials. These include a series of lessons plans on Shakespeare (British Council) and the self-study book “English for Life: Writing” (Harper Collins). Recently, Genevieve was lead educator on the British Council / Future Learn MOOC “Exploring English: Magna Carta”. She is particularly interested in approaches to the teaching of English through literature and history.
