This spring, LAKMA members continued sharing their experience through two accredited seminars focused on key areas of language teaching, learning, and assessment.
Lina Fedorčenkienė explored ways of developing speaking skills, offering practical strategies for teaching both monologues and dialogues and helping learners build confidence, fluency, and interaction skills. Jurga Kasteckienė delivered two repeated seminars on teaching report writing based on data analysis, providing ideas for guiding students in interpreting visual information and transforming it into clear, coherent written texts. She also shared practical advice on assessing students’ reports.
The seminars combined current educational priorities with classroom-tested approaches, providing teachers with practical tools that can be readily adapted to different learning contexts.
We sincerely thank our lecturers for their professionalism, generosity, and commitment to supporting colleagues’ professional growth. Such contributions continue to strengthen the LAKMA community. We look forward to continuing the LAKMA seminar series in the next school year!
