Generating the content for an essay can be difficult. In this seminar, we will discuss how pupils can successfully address writing prompts for different kinds of English essays. First, we will break down the prompt itself to fully understand what the prompt is asking. Second, we will discover ways to help our students think deeply about the content that they could write in their essay. Pupils are brilliant; we can help them discover what they already know about the topic and generate thoughtful ideas for their essay. And finally, we will discuss ways to help students structure their ideas coherently and logically to receive better scores for content and organization.
