Start Strong: Career development through learning values
In this workshop I will share my experience of coordinating the international project “Start Strong 3+3”. The project is intended for youth and educators and promotes career development, entrepreneurship and relationship building. It helps people develop skills and characteristics necessary for building relationships in a community and thus enabling them to find a path of professional and personal growth that leads to the fulfillment of their dreams. This year the programme focused on showing how community involvement and civic responsibility can be turned into a successful social business that brings happiness not only to you, but to other people as well. The participants of the workshop will hear this year’s success story and try out various relationship building activities in practice.
