Shaped by Teachers, Designed for Classrooms: LAKMA’s TPD Seminars

In March 2025, LAKMA members shared their professional development needs through a
Needs Analysis questionnaire. Based on their responses, two targeted and now accredited TPD
programmes were developed, focusing on digital competences and the key changes introduced
in the 2022 curriculum.

During the current school year, English language teachers have already been invited to take
part in five seminars covering reading and listening skills, media literacy, creativity, critical

oriented events planned for the future.
